My client an expanding North London based Property Management firm are seeking a Senior Property Manager to join their team
Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of the leases of each building and major works requirements within their portfolio
Produce and maintain capital expenditure programme
Regularly undertake site inspections
Review contracts and identify preventative maintenance Agree service levels Ensuring best use of contactors
Prepare and agree annual budgets
Agree annual management fees and ensure all works outside of contract terms are charged by agreement
Undertake periodic financial reviews of expenditure versus budget and cashflow implications Dealing with S20b implications
Approve all expenditure
Initiate andor review reactive maintenance Initiate insurance claims and recharge costs where applicable
