Our client is looking for a Lettings Negotiator to understand the needs of landlords and tenants and to build great rapport with their clients Working as part of a team they will also need a competitive edge and have excellent communication skills
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the Lettings Manager in maximising the overall income and profitability of the branch
Maintain an adequate applicant register
Maintain regular contact with the companys clients
Ensure all appointments are entered into the office diary
Ensure the placement of timely advertisements within the expenditure limits set by the Area Director and monitor responses
Complete success sheets and process tenant applications in accordance with company policy
