Our client is a rapidly expanding Facilities Management Company providing a range of Building Maintenance services solutions including Hard and Soft services and have a number of prestigious contracts in both the government retail and commercial blue chip sector and they are currently recruiting for a General Manager to work in the Leeds Yorkshire area
The Role
The remit of the General Manager role
Provide leadership and management to a team includes a group of Contract Managers ensuring financial and operational commitments are met and exceeded and that additional business is developed within contracts base
Ensure opportunities are identified by Facilities Managers for strategic development of the contracts in order to deliver increased turnover and profitability add additional services and projects and ensure that contracts are rewon on retender
Ensure Facilities Managers are meeting their KPIs across contracts eg ensuring optimum staffing...
