A vacancy exists for a Technical Support Specialist based at my clients UK headquarters in Strathaven Scotland 5 miles south of Hamilton Lanarkshire with occasional travel in the UK
You will be responsible for providing client facing technical support for both internal and external customers relating to our distributed chromatography product ranges and services Specifically this includes providing consumable product and application information column recommendations and troubleshooting advice for both separation and instrument issues
