Position Summary
Responsible for providing primary support to the Underwriting team with a focus on submissions management premium processing claims processing document management and other adhoc analysis support as required for all business written on the Lloyds platform
Principal Accountabilities
Working closely with the Underwriting Finance and Operations teams
Manage all incoming submissions ensuring information is available to the Underwriters in a timely manner and is accurate and reflect the terms of the deals
Process both initial premium and future endorsements updating account information into both the Risk and Operations systems
Analysis and accounting of Quota Shares Consortiums Line Slips and Binders
Liaise with Brokers Underwriters Analysts to ensure that technical account information is current accurate and complete
Maintain all deal and claim documents in the London electronic document management store
