Overview
To assist in providing the necessary QA functions within the company to satisfy the needs of our customers
The QA Technician prime responsibilities include
Understand and interpret customer specifications
Liaise with sales on quality and technical issues in relation to customer requirements
Review production packages to ensue all quality requirements are met
Input relevant data onto the DIP system
Review purchase orders for materials to ensure compliance with customer specifications
Applying to customer for concession requests
Submitting customer witness notifications
Control QA document archives
Updating records specifications as and when necessary
The QA Technician secondary responsibilities include
Enter delivery requirements onto the delivery schedule
To book out completed jobs and compile necessary QA Documents to be sent to customer
