Our client a market leader and well established electrical manufacturing company producing their own inhouse designed products for a niche market are recruiting for a Service Coordinator
The duties include
Respond to and follow up Service Commissioning and Repair enquiries by post telephone and email and provide Technical Support
Day to Day Planning and Scheduling of Field Service Engineers
Maintain and develop Internal and External Customer Relationships and handle issues
Manage organise and update relevant data using database applications IFS
Create financial and statistical tools and reports using spreadsheets
Type and wordprocess various documents and electronic information
Person Profile
Committed to service excellence self motivated excellent time management skills
Good level of numeracy and literacy with at least intermediate skills in Microsoft Office WordExcelOutlook and previous database experience
