Our client in Thornton Heath is seeking to recruit debt collectors who have at least one years experience of collecting aged debt in a call centre environment
This is a high pressure target based role and you will need to have professional and assertive telephone skills the ability to quickly build positive relations with clients and negotiate repayments and the ability to work within key performance indicators within a legal framework
