This is a multinational engineering company looking for experienced CNC Turner Setter Operators
They manufacture aerospace components to drawing and specification in order to achieve production targets I am also looking for an Experienced Setter Operator to operate a MT 2000 9 axis machine
Specific Duties
To Install CNC Programmes
To prepare machine to produce components including tooling installation
To set and run the machine
To obtain First Off inspection approval
To set and run driven toolingTwin turret multi spindle machines
To produce components to Traveller requirements maintaining quantity and traceability
To monitor quality of components
To understand and use SPC to control the process when required
To carry out such other duties as may from time to time be deemed appropriate
Applicants must experience with Fanuc control systems and Driven Tooling
