We are currently recruiting for a Specialist Rehabilitation Case Manager in Bristol to work for an established and reputable organisation
Based from the office this role will involve assessing patients illnessInjury primarily that have occurred as a result of accidents in their homes so it is vital that candidates have excellent assessment and communication skills
Candidates must also be willing to travel across a geographical region for which all travel is expensed a driving licence is NOT essential Candidates must have excellent organisational and report writing skills liaison with the multidisciplinary team and outsourced providers will be necessary to facilitate a programme of tailored rehabilitation for each client
