JOB DESCRIPTION
As Junior Sous Chef your role will involve working on all sections and training all Junior staff You will also deputise in the absence of the Head Chef and Sous Chef plus you will have input into menu design
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Experience in a MINIMUM of 1 Rosette is essential as the client is looking to gain 3 Rosettes in the very near future You will also need knowledge of running all sections unsupervised
