Previous experience of working within Learning Disabilities is essential You must have a DipSW or a Degree in Social Work or a masters in social work
You would become apart of a medium sized within the Community Links team in the adults department The role operates Monday to Friday 9am til 5pm however the role offers flexibility if you require
Your key responsibilities will include implementing care plans assessing needs of service users undertaking personal care tasks discharging service users and maintaining electronic records You will also need to be flexible in travelling around the community via a car or public transport
