Due to their growing business an exciting opportunity has become available for a Sales Ledger Assistant for my client based in the Leicestershire area
Purpose of Job
Provide assistance to finance team by the full production of sales invoices for customers and ensuring all customers are invoiced and the sales invoicing process is controlled and properly administered through a job costing system The role covers several subsidiaries in the Division of the main plc and will include migration of these functions that are currently held centrally
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
Fully experienced in processing sales invoices from source documentation
Controlling the process from start to finish along company guidelines policies and procedures
Processing of sales invoices to tight company timescales in a pro active dedicated fashion
