Our client a prestigious and sort after company based in the centre of Sheffield are looking for a Finance Assistant to join their team on a 3 months fixed term basis
The role has arisen due to an increase in work in the finance department an immediate start is essential
Reporting to the Deputy Director the main purpose of the role as a Finance Assistant will be to work within the support team providing financial support across the company You will be responsible for processing financial transactions preparing payments and dealing with finance queries from staff and suppliers
You will also be assisting with the move from storage of hard copies of paper work to a scanning system so there may be planning and delivery of work in this area
Key Responsibilities
Processing Purchase Orders onto the Finance system ensuring that these have been completed correctly and that procurement procedures are being correctly followed
