Nursery Manager required for a well established Day Nursery. You will be working for a small private Childcare Provider who provides a high quality service in fantastic surroundings. You must be fully qualified and experienced to apply for this position. The setting provides high quality education and care for children 0-5 years of age, with an ''OUTSTANDING'' OFSTED inspection report. They are at the forefront of contemporary childcare philosophy and practice through research, reflection and innovative approaches. Some of your Nursery Managers responsibilities will include: o To achieve and maintain high standards of care and education o To effectively lead and manage the staff team including recruitment and retention, providing day to day guidance, training and support to all staff o To ensure all policies, procedures and curriculums are implemented and adhered to at all times o To keep abreast of current early childhood thinking/ trends o To effectively manage the budgets and occupancy levels o To implement an effective parent liaison programme, to be influential in developing strong links with parents o To manage all day to day operations of the nursery You will need to have the following qualifications, training and experience: o NVQ level 3 or equivalent o Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation o OFSTED standards o Knowledge of the EYFS As a leading recruiter in Early Years Childcare and Education we are always looking for suitable qualified Childcare Professionals to work in our nurseries in permanent jobs that are based UK Wide, If you cannot see a area or a position you are interested to work in, please give us a call.
