Dynamic manager with proven management skills. Must have the ability to motivate and lead a team of support workers for a 15 bed learning disability home in Luton. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manager or deputy position, coupled with the Registered Manager''s Certificate and NVQ 4. Should have good experience of working in a learning disability home, working knowledge of National Minimum Standards and sound knowledge or Care Quality Commission regulations is essential.
