*** Great Oppourtunity for Nursery Room Leader for 2-3 years old room*** A Room Leader is required for this beautifully set nursery in Milton Keynes, my Nursery client requires an experienced Room Leader to run the room for children aged 2-3 years old with a view to taking on a 3rd in Charge role. Some of your Room Leader responsibilities will include: o To provide quality day care to the children and ensure that they are safe, loved, stimulated and well cared for. o To be responsible for planning and carrying out observation and assessments and writing reports. o To ensure that the room is a safe and secure environment which provides a wide range of activities for the children o Making sure that the staff are adhering to this philosophy o To guide and support staff, ensuring they maintain high standards, ensuring they plan for the children within the Early Years framework o To be responsible for developing strong relationships with parents and other childcare professionals o Preparing the Nursery for marketing events and parents evening o Being available for Parents evenings, providing detailed feedback to parents about their children o Working closely with the Nursery Manager to constantly review and improve the service offering for the benefit of the children You will need to have the following qualifications, training and experience: o Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent o Have experience of working with children As a leading recruiter in Early Years Childcare and Education we are always looking for suitable qualified Childcare Professionals to work in our nurseries in permanent jobs that are based UK Wide, If you cannot see a area or a position you are interested to work in, please give us a call.
