Urgent requirement for Registered Nurse ? Dementia experience is essential! Our leading care home provider currently requires the expertise of registered nurses with dementia experience to work in their excellent homes near to Chelmsford in Essex. To be considered for this role it is essential that you meet the following criteria: o Registered Nurse with current registration with NMC o Experience in nursing care of older people and dementia o Committed to delivering the highest standards of customer service o Demonstrate good judgement, problem solving and decision making o Proactive and able to use initiative o Able to motivate others o Experience of care planning o Effective organisational and team building skills o Good Communication skills (written and verbal) o Reliable and punctual o Demonstrates an understanding and desire to work with older people o Team player, willing to participate in the training and development of colleagues o Evidence of post registration qualification or further education continuing professional development o Evidence of Continued Professional Development o General computer literacy including email packages and data entry o Able to demonstrate leadership skills This is a fantastic opportunity to work for an outstanding organisation - please apply immediately to be considered!
