Location: Colchester
Salary: £18,000 - £22,000
An established, specialist Insurance Broker requires an account handler to join their thriving organisation. Our client is a successful independent Brokerage with an excellent reputation within the local business community, and is currently going through a period of sustained business growth. As a result of this growth they are seeking a Commercial Account Handler who can provide general Broking support to their Account Executives.
Responsibilities
Working with the Account Executive you will be responsible for preparation of Renewal Reports
Deal with enquiries relating to a broad range of Commercial Insurance predominantly for mid-corporate clients
Develop relationships with existing clients and look after a personal allocation of renewable business
Dealing with clients via telephone, correspondence and e-mail, inviting renewal and dealing with any changes to commercial policies mid term
Working with your own specific renewal allocations and dealing with those clients throughout the year
Skills
Previous experience within Commercial Broking
Sound commercial combined and/or commercial package insurance knowledge
Accurate worker with an eye for detail
Good communication skills
Strong customer service focus
