Personal Injury Paralegal
Location: Cardiff
Salary: £14,500 - £18,500
A very successful Personal Injury team has several exciting openings for Personal Injury Paralegals within their Litigation team. You will be joining one of the top legal Practices within South Wales which is award winning and a recognised Legal 500 Practice. Working within a friendly environment that actively encourages personal development and provides ongoing training. The successful candidates will be handling a caseload of RTA files and some high value EL and PL cases
Responsibilities:
To handle a caseload of Personal Injury claims in accordance with department procedure, policy cover and legal liability
Handle claims from Inception to Settlement
Liaise effectively with solicitors and clients
Dealing with a variety of Personal Injury Claims varying in complexity
Establish Quantum within the litigation procedures
Skills:
You need to be a skilful communicator capable of dealing effectively with contacts on all levels through to Lawyers
Experience handing a caseload of Litigated RTA files full cycle
Have an understanding of Insurance and Legal terminology
Be able to display an understanding of the Liability claims and MOJ process
Have the ability to handle Personal Injury claims with minimum supervision
