The opportunity to join a niche employment law practice based in Bristol as a Paralegal. You will be providing specialist advice to employers and employees throughout the South West and m4/m5 corridor on employment law and related matters. The firm does nothing else but employment law. In return the firm can offer you outstanding Employment related work and you will be working on high profile cases from time to time. This is an excellent opportunity for a young Lawyer looking to develop their career within Employment
Responsibilities
You will be supporting the Team of Fee Earners whilst running your own caseload of employment law advice to owner managed businesses and employers who operate in regulated sectors and Legal focuses on working with professionals, senior employees and directors. You will be allocated your own caseload and be expected to help develop the business by extending and maintaining key clients for business development.
Skills
You should have a minimum of 6 months Paralegal experience within Employment Law. Although not essential it would be beneficial to be degree educated with a LLB and have studied for the LPC or equivalent. Experience of running your own caseload will be necessary for the role and you must have sound knowledge of the Employment Legislations upon companies. This role will be highly client facing and will require a level of customer service which is exceptional. An excellent eye for detail and good organisational skills will also be key in securing this position.
