Our Client is looking for a Senior Associate with specialism's in Energy, gas and Oil. You will be joining the Number 1 Law Firm in providing Legal services working on behalf of FTS 100 clients. You will be entering into excellent working conditions with a highly repeatable practice
Responsibilities
With a national client base including Scotland you will be working with diverse and talented team that offers city quality advice to a portfolio of clients that include FTSE 350 companies in industries such as retail, leisure and renewable
Our Client has developed an enviable reputation as specialists in these industries - property work includes helping large retailers develop extensive property portfolios to assisting on acquisitions of energy generating stations including wind farms, and financings.
Skills
You will need to be a Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years experience as talented Property Lawyer with significant experience of the Scottish property market
The ideal candidate would be qualified to practice in Scotland (or indeed be dual qualified) and would have real potential and gravitas to help develop our Scottish practice
