Our client is a Vibrant Regional Practice who has several offices across the South West and are currently looking for an Associate Solicitor to join the Commercial and Corporate Team. This is a unique opportunity for a Newly Qualified Solicitor who is passionate about working with high end Commercial Clients. You will get the opportunity to have City quality work within beautiful country soundings.

Responsibilities
You will be working with and will advise a wide range of clients from multi million pound companies employing large numbers of people right through to sole traders
You will be working closely alongside Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Employment and Commercial Property Teams
Providing specialist advice relating to their business structures, commercial contracts and compliance as well as helping clients through the process of buying and selling businesses.
Working with a small team, you will develop and expand on existing contacts/relationships, and build the profile of the firm and the CoCo team generally
Skills
Qualified Solicitor with experience in Corporate Commercial work, preferably with either a regional profile or an existing client following
You should previously have an elective in co/co within a Training contact and held a position thereafter handling co/co files as a Qualified Solicitor
within a Local, Regional or City firm and have the potential to bring a Client Following
You must be able to demonstrate outstanding results in your current and previous posts
You should have excellent people management skills, and have an obvious flair for marketing and business development
The client will also expect you to demonstrate exceptional customer service and client care standards
Individual and client focused approach to dealing with legal issues
