This is a fantastic chance for the right candidate to proceed as a team leader for one of the UK's leading Insurance providers based in the South West
Duties and Responsibilities:
The right candidate will have a proven History of Managing high achievieng sales teams
You will be a leader who will guide your team to deliver the best they can achieve
A top motivator, your team will deliver a high level of customer service and maintain the company's renowned reputation
You will develop and mentor your team going forward
Utilising MI you will report on the team's success to the Department Manager
Ensure your team are maintaining company standards, procedures and compliance matters
Skills and qualifications:
An understanding of the Financial Services sector, and previous work experience within
A strong knowledge of claims handling and its associated procedures
A background in a personal claims environment with a previous history of having dealt with motor claims /recoveries and the handling of legal liability disputes
Experience in collating and understanding MI
An understanding of anti fraud questioning techniques
Insurance/Legal qualifications would be advantageous
You will be an excellent communicator
Excellent verbal skills to communicate both internally and externally, and to manage your team
Team building skills, with the ability to motivate staff to achieve team performance
