Responsibilities
You will be expected to handle your own Caseload of Multi-Track claims on behalf of the claimant
You will be working within a close team under the Line Mangers supervision, ensuring that all time spent is accurately recorded
Maintenance of personal caseloads and files using the firms Case Management System
Skills
A qualified solicitor or Legal executive who has managed their sufficient caseload of Multi-Track claimant claims
In depth knowledge of personal injury liability and quantum issues and willingness to keep up to date with legal developments
Ability to work to tight deadlines using good organisational skills, time keeping and the ability to effectively work within a team
