Salary: £23,000 - £35,000 basic, OTE £100,000
You will be a qualified IFA, mindful of RDR, who is looking to develop their career in the banking sector. You will be a tied adviser looking to service this institution's retail customers
Duties and Responsibilities:
This is a Tied role advising the banks retail customers.
Working closely with the branch staff to generate new business you will therefore require a degree of relationship management skills.
You will be authorised to advise on the full product range.
This role is ideally suited to existing bancassurance advisors or advisors moving into Bancassurance for the first time.
Skills and Qualifications:
Full FPC, CFP or CeFA
CAS held, (or not lapsed for more than a month)
Achieving or Exceeding Target for the last 2 years
Cancellation rate of 5% or less
Product Mix to include Minimums of 10% for EACH of Pensions, Investments & Protection
(You are exempt if your previous company did not sell pensions).
Less than 2 Upheld Complaints in the last 36 months PREFERRED:-
Candidates who have experience of working within a team (Cross Selling)
those that can evidence working to a sales target
High Persistency (90 %+)
Clear Compliance, Credit and Convictions record
