Job Description

Premier Independent Financial Adviser
Location: Central London
Salary: £45,000 - £70,000 OTE

This is a great opportunity to join a leading banking institution as a Premier Financial Adviser. You will provide independent financial advice to high net worth customers.

Duties / Responsibilities:

Assisting the Branch Manager to lead and co-ordinate sales planning and development of the branch sales force
To help resolve queries from management, staff and customers
To pro-actively complete Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and coaching and development action plans
To continually work within the FSA's principle of 'Treating Customers Fairly'
You will continually reassess the operational risks associated with the role and inherent in the business, taking account of changing economic or market conditions, legal and regulatory requirements, operating procedures and practices, management restructurings, and the impact of new technology
You will manage commitments to customers through effective organisation, planning and time management
The majority of your time will be spent dealing directly with new and existing customers to explore their current circumstances and future needs and objectives
You will deliver suitable financial advice that meet customer expectations and are in line with the Bank's ethos of Treating Customers Fairly
All sales are accompanied by extensive pre-sale and post-sale paperwork that you must complete in an accurate and timely fashion

Skills / Qualifications:

CAS Status
Full FPC qualified
Diploma qualified or aiming to be by 2012
You must be target driven and self-motivated
