Large financial institution seeks to attract a Risk Manager with a Banking operations background to lead a risk project focused on the Banks complaints process and customer experience improvement.
You will
Manage team of 5 across 2 sites to deliver service improvements and drive reduction in complaints for the Retail Bank
Oversee teams root cause analysis on key causes of complaint
Develop strong relationships with channel partners (Group Operations, Community Bank, Telephony) to deliver service improvements
Oversee management of MI and reporting across Retail Bank and the wider Group
Ideally you will be a proven man-manager with experience of managing teams across multiple locations. You must have a deep understanding of Risk within banking operations including customer procedures, complaints and regulations. You must have previous experience of route cause analysis reporting. You must possess excellent interpersonal skills coupled with a diligent and professional approach. Relevant experience is essential.
