My Client, a large financial institution, is currently seeking a HR MI Analyst to join the team based in Halifax. The Key purpose of this role is to develop new or revised reporting incorporating data collation, analysis and commentary.
The Role&hellip
· Undertake analysis across a range of functions (e.g. Recruitment, Learning & Development) to contribute to the development of new or revised reporting.
· Respond to a range of general project related enquiries, ensuring that the information is clearly understood by stakeholders, escalating issues as appropriate.
· Assist in the scripting of process documentation to ensure that all reporting is transparent, accurate and consistent
· Undertake the provision of ad hoc information or data requests.
· Build up relationships within Group HR and HR data providers and owners to ensure that data is clearly defined, understood and owned.
· Ensure that reports are produced according to the proscribed timetable and escalate immediately any issues that may cause delays.
· Identify and recommend improvements to processes, procedures and practices, ensuring that, once approved, these are incorporated in the process documentation.
The ideal candidate&hellip
· Able to use numerical/analytical skills to undertake a range of calculations, preparation of data and more demanding management information.
· Produces clear and concise reports and other written material which are understandable to those with or without some knowledge of the subject matter.
· Has a full understanding of relevant computer applications and can effectively input, extract and format data. Advanced user of MS Excel and Access, particularly VBA.
· Ability to cope with working in a rapidly and consistently changing environment
