Large Corporate Bank seeks to attract an accomplished Product Controller with broad experience to join an established product control team. You will take ownership for a portfolio of books in the team and support all P&L reporting and commentary for these. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fantastic team in a role that allows you to support and manage business critical project.
Role/ Responsibilities
· Ownership of Daily P&L process for a portfolio of trade books
· Contribution to the Monthly and Quarterly reporting for the equity business unit
· Work with the valuations team to ensure accurate reporting for the valuations report
· Reporting on trends and market movement affecting the daily P&L to Front Office and Senior Management
· Ad hoc reporting as required
Skills/ Experience
· Extensive experience within investment banking product control, ideally with equities
· Proven ability to provide high quality analysis on P&L
· Ability to work with a complex product portfolio
Education/ Qualifications
· Accountancy qualified or equivalent
