An interesting Senior Test Consultant/Manager requirement has just arisen within my large global Client for a short term piece of consultancy at their Central London office.
The successful candidate must come from a Test Management background within Financial Services (ideally Investments, Wealth or Asset Management) and will be required to fully review the current testing setup, testing processes, implement a new Target Operating Model and build a central testing service.
Must have skills & experience for this requirement include: in-depth Test Management knowledge & experience within complex Financial Services Clients, previous experience of implementing new Testing TOM's, previous experience of centralising testing functions, end to end test lifecycle knowledge covering scripts, execution & documentation etc, previous experience of conducting reviews around testing setups & processes, a formal Testing Certification (ISEB or ISTQB) and strong experience of testing tools and solutions will be key.
As always, successful candidates will need to be highly motivated individuals with strong organisational, communication & planning skills and a Consultancy background would also be highly sought.
