Job Purpose

Due to unprecedented success and growth of the Mortgage Division we are actively looking to increase the Mortgage Protection Advisor Team. Providing specialist advice on our customers' largest purchase, you'll deliver the perfect mortgage and protection solutions by building strong face-to-face relationships. Maintaining a comprehensive, up-to-date understanding of our product range, you'll ensure that your branch colleagues have the knowledge they need to make effective referrals. Meanwhile you'll identify any non-mortgage investment needs of your customers and refer them appropriately. To succeed, you'll need to be a highly motivated, instantly credible, CeMAP-qualified (or equivalent) professional with a proven track record of delivering against targets in a strictly regulated mortgage sales environment. You will be rewarded with a competitive basic salary and a quarterly individual incentive scheme that can boost your basic salary significantly. In addition to this our top 50 MPAs nationally are enrolled into the Platinum Club. This incentive scheme seeks to make annual additional payments - enhanced bonus each year and a payment based on basic salary over a 3 year period as long as you remain with Santander. The Mortgage Division promotes structured succession planning to Senior MPA which is an excellent stepping stone into management.
