Business Development Manager &ndash South West
Our client, a well-known high street bank, is currently looking for a Business Development Manager to cover Birmingham.
The BDM will be generating intermediary mortgage business and product sales, whilst establishing and managing relationships to ensure a consistently high level of service is delivered. Nurturing and developing contacts, you will be working towards personal quarterly targets for both residential, buy to let and lifetime loans and peripheral products.
You will also be a good administrator and be able to produce clear concise and factual reports, help to promote the client proposition and support the wider Area objectives as required throughout the South Wales area.
To succeed you will have considerable sales experience and outstanding levels of drive and determination, a proven track record of against-target success in a demanding sales environment and be highly motivated and enthusiastic with the ability to think on your feet. You will also have excellent inter-personal skills and be PC literate.
You must be ideally fully CeMap qualified with a minimum of 4 GCSE&rsquos or equivalent including Maths & English.
The salary offered for this role is from £30,000 - £33,000, dependent on experience this could increase. Other benefits include pension bonus.
